GDiT is a founder-led consultancy built on more than 20 years of business, property and project experience across the UK and Lithuania.
Founder Vilhelmas Navickas’ background spans residential property sales and lettings, more than a decade owning and operating an estate agency business in London, senior international business development roles with established Lithuanian manufacturers ARTILUX and ELITEJA, and hands-on property development and construction management.
Working directly with international B2B clients, developing new markets and building commercial relationships across export markets has provided a commercial perspective that now sits at the heart of GDiT.
That combination of commercial and delivery experience allows GDiT to look at opportunities from the investor, owner and client perspective while understanding what it takes to move them through to practical delivery.
