The project
Our role is centred on representing the client’s interests and maintaining oversight throughout project delivery.
GDiT manages the day-to-day construction process, including procurement, contractor and site-team coordination, programme oversight, construction quality and site safety.
The project will create 156 residential units together with 19 commercial premises across a four-storey, 7,194 m² development.
